Aidano Nascimento

Aidano Nascimento has over 25 years of work experience in the industrial design and manufacturing industry. Aidano began their career at Mahle Metal Leve SA as a CAD/CAM Specialist, where they worked for five years. Aidano then joined Bosch as a Project Team Leader for two years before moving on to The PAC Group as a Senior Industrial Designer. In 2003, Aidano joined Delphi as a Lead Industrial Designer, where they worked for seven years. Currently, Aidano is employed at Inteva Products, where they initially held the position of Global Design & Innovation Studio Manager and is currently serving as the Global Creative Director, Design Studio & Marketing. In their current role, Aidano is responsible for uncovering and inspiring new ideas that lead to groundbreaking product introductions. Aidano has a solid background in manufacturing and design and holds several patents.

Aidano Nascimento's education history includes a Certificate in Transportation Design from the College for Creative Studies in 2003-2004, a Certificate in Product Development Management from Oakland University in 2008, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Universidade São Judas Tadeu in 1996-2000, and an Associate Degree in Applied Mechanics from Senai São Paulo in 1991-1994. They have also obtained additional certifications in B2B Marketing, Innovation of Products and Services, and From Ideas to Action from institutions such as Kellogg Executive Education, MIT Sloan Executive Education, and IDEO U.
