Alexandru Serban

Alexandru Serban currently serves as the Global Helpdesk Team Leader and Global Helpdesk Admin at Inteva Products since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandru worked at GREEN NET SA from April 2018 to January 2023 as an Information Technology Consultant Helpdesk, where responsibilities included hands-on technical support, incident management, IT system verification, and network troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes positions at miniPRIX as an Operator PC and at Mercury Research as a Market Research Analyst, in addition to a role as a Social Worker at DGASPC ILFOV. Alexandru pursued a degree in Managerial Informatics at Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 2008 to 2011, although the degree remains unfinished.
