Kwamina Beecham

Kwamina Beecham has extensive experience in cost management and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Director of Global Cost Planning - Advanced Purchasing at Inteva Products since March 2007. In this role, Kwamina conducts Value Management workshops and supplier cost analysis, while previously holding positions including Global Supply Chain Cost Manager and Senior Cost Analyst. Prior to Inteva, Kwamina worked at DELPHI Energy & Chassis Division in various roles, including 2nd Shift Operations Manager and Global Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, where a focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement was key. Earlier experience includes positions at General Motors Corporation and GE Aircraft Engines, complemented by an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Manufacturing Engineering from Central State University.
