Scott Seely

Scott Seely has a diverse background in contract negotiation and management, with experience in various industries. Scott currently serves as the Senior Director of Contracts & Trade Compliance at Intevac, where they lead a team and handles contract negotiations and management. Prior to this, they were the Director of Commercial Contracts at Smiths Detection and GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where they played a key role in customer negotiations and the development of contract templates. Scott also served as the Director of Contracts/Trade Compliance at Fairchild Imaging, where they managed legal terms and pricing for customer sales and supply chain, while also specializing in trade compliance and licensing. Scott began their career in contract negotiation at Lockheed Martin and later worked as a Contract Negotiator at Cisco Systems. Scott's expertise lies in legal and commercial terms and conditions development, assessment, and negotiation.
