Zohar Golan has extensive work experience in software engineering, electronics design, and project management.
From 2022 to present, they serve as the Director of Software Engineering at EOTECH.
Prior to that, they worked at Intevac from 2012, holding various roles including Director of Software Engineering and Software Manager. During their time at Intevac, they successfully managed a team of engineers and delivered integrated products within tight deadlines. Zohar also designed, developed, integrated, and tested multiple test applications for night vision products.
Before Intevac, Zohar served as the Electronics Design Manager at eIQ Energy, Inc from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the design, verification, and integration of wireless communication and control systems for solar installations.

Zohar's earlier experience includes roles as a System Engineer at Azanda Network Devices from 2001 to 2004, where they developed and tested FPGA emulation systems, and as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Hardware R&D Engineer at NICE Systems SUNNYVALE CA from 1994 to 2001, where they managed the design and development of audio recording systems and designed electronic boards for military systems.
