Robert van Helden is an experienced assembly and production specialist with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Assembly Operator at Inther Group since March 2025, Robert previously held roles including Productiespecialist at ELEO and Prototyping Area Lead at Lichtyear, where responsibilities included overseeing prototyping processes. A long tenure at Inalfa Roof Systems saw Robert serve as Coördinator Production and Lijncoördinator for the Volvo XC60 and Ford Kuga lines, focusing on quality assurance and productivity.
