Matt Addis

Matt Addis is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in performance engineering and leadership roles in various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Engineer at Intigral and as Chief Technology Officer at IT Optim Limited, Matt's career highlights include founding InviteList, an innovative invite-sharing tool, and co-founding Effekt, a platform focused on digital fashion in the metaverse. Previous positions include Performance Lead at Sporting Group, Cloud Specialist & FinOps at Currys plc, and co-founding roles at Robotist.io, which specializes in automation consultancy, and overseeing performance engineering at Nestlé Nespresso SA and Nestlé's SAP implementation. Matt holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
