Justine Simal

Justine Simal has been working in the legal field since 2017. Justine began their career as a Legal Intern at Vente-Exclusive.com in 2017. In 2018, they became a Privacy Consultant at Ordina Belgium. In 2019, they took on two roles: Legal Counsel IT & Data Protection Law at IFORI and Member of the Beltug Innovation Task Force at Beltug. In 2022, they will become Legal Counsel at Intigriti.

Justine Simal has a background in law. Justine obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Ghent University in 2016, after studying from 2012 to 2016. Justine then went on to pursue a Master of Laws at Ghent University, which they completed in 2017. In the same year, they completed an Advanced Master in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at KU Leuven. In 2020, they obtained a degree in Permanente vorming in Technologie en Recht from KU Leuven. In 2018, they obtained the CIPP/E certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
