Marloes Oudendijk - Kuijper began their career in 2014 at EclecticIQ as a Project Coordinator, where they managed internal projects and provided support on customer projects. Marloes also wrote up PIDs, provided project planning, set up a Gantt chart, worked on reports in Celoxis, and kept track of scope, budget, and timelines. In addition, they served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing a team of secretaries and handling all business-related queries, specifically Finance, Human Resource, and Internal Projects. In 2022, Marloes joined Intigriti as a Customer Success Manager - Ethical Hacking - Cyber Security. In this role, they help companies protect their assets and their brand by providing continuous, realistic security testing.

Marloes Oudendijk-Kuijper attended Hogeschool Schoevers for Officemanagement. Marloes also has obtained certifications from SIA Training Courses Ltd and Coursera. In March 2021, they obtained a Network Security & Database Vulnerabilities certification from Coursera. In February 2021, they obtained certifications for Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration and Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security from Coursera.
