Rein Daelman has worked for Intigriti since 2022 as a Security Analyst, and for In4Matic since 2021 in two roles. The first role was as an IT Recruiter & IT Professional, where they automated the recruitment process using PHP, JavaScript, .NET, and other tools, and recruited IT profiles using custom tools. The second role was as a Software Developer.

Rein Daelman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatica (Software engineering) / Hogere opleiding Software engineer from HOGENT between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Sint-Aloysiuscollege Ninove from 2011 to 2017, studying Economie Wiskunde. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Vlaamse Overheid, PortSwigger, Google, and Google Analytics, including Hoofdanimator in het jeugdwerk (2020), Burp Suite Certified Practitioner (2022), Google Ads Search Certification (2019), and Google Analytics Individual Qualication (2019).
