Alberto Bravo-Blas

Alberto Bravo-Blas, DVM, MSc, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Intima Bioscience, specializing in immunology, gene, and cell therapies since October 2023. Simultaneously, Alberto holds a voluntary position as Review Editor on the Editorial Board of Cancer Immunity and Immunotherapy at Frontiers in Immunology/Frontiers in Oncology. Previously, Alberto was a Senior Scientist at Agenus from February to September 2023, focusing on antibody discovery and the development of innovative assays. Prior roles include Senior Scientific Officer at Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute, where research centered on antigen presentation mechanisms using melanoma models, and Research Associate at The University of Glasgow, addressing various immunological projects. Alberto's experience extends back to a PhD in Mucosal Immunology from the University of Glasgow, a Master's in Veterinary Virology/Immunology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a Veterinary Surgeon degree from the same institution.
