Daniel Kica

Daniel Kica is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal Software Architect at intive since July 2022, Daniel previously held various roles at Aptiv from January 2017 to July 2022, including Product Owner and Engineering Group Manager, where responsibilities included managing a group of 38 people and overseeing project execution. Prior to Aptiv, Daniel worked at Delphi from January 2015 to February 2022 as Engineering Group Manager and Component Leader, managing teams and leading pivotal projects. Daniel's career at Delphi began in July 2003 as a trainee, culminating in roles such as Team Leader and Lead Software Development Engineer, showcasing a strong trajectory in software development, project management, and team leadership. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from AGH University of Krakow, earned in 2005.
