Dolores Martin-Saravia is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Gain since September 2023, Dolores previously held notable positions such as Regional Director for HR Business Partner - Americas at intive, Director of Human Resources at SparkDigital, and Regional HR Manager - Latam at SDI International Corp. With a solid background in HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational strategy, Dolores's career also includes roles at Acámica, Avatar, OLX, and IT Convergence. Dolores holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Universidad de Belgrano.
