Mauro Gastón Laterra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mauro Gastón is currently working at intive as a Principal Engineer, where they are involved in the planning, estimation, and execution of new functionalities. Prior to this, Mauro held the position of Senior Software Specialist at SparkDigital, where they also served as a Team Leader for a decentralized team. Mauro Gastón has specialized in React JS technology and has extensive experience in assessing performance, accessibility, scalability, and user experience. Before joining SparkDigital, Mauro worked at Accenture as a Software Engineering Analyst, where they developed and maintained modules for a prominent bank in Argentina using technologies such as React, C#, and JavaScript. Prior to this, they worked at G&F Soluciones Informáticas S.A. as a .NET Web Developer, focusing on software solutions for banks. Mauro also has past experience at Meta4 as a Junior Developer, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of HR and payroll applications using Visual Basic and Oracle databases.

Mauro Gastón Laterra studied at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2009 to 2013, where they completed a degree as a Technician in Programming. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the Instituto Educación IT and pursued a career in Web Programming, completing various courses.
