Richard Sterndale-Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard'smost recent position was as a Product Owner at Intiveo, starting in December 2021. Richard was also involved in hiring for the customer experience department and developed training materials.

Richard's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Support Representative at Intiveo, where they handled client support calls, wrote help articles, and assisted with software integration. Richard also worked as a Community Education Team Leader at the Salmon Habitat Restoration Program in 2014, a Senior Camp Counsellor at the Burns Bog Conservation Society in 2013, an Out-of-school Care Worker at the Cedar Drive Pre-school Society in 2012, and an Out-of-school Care Worker at Kinder Kampus in 2010-2011.

Richard Sterndale-Bennett attended The University of British Columbia from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Richard has also obtained additional certifications. In December 2021, they received a Scrum Product Owner certification from Mountain Goat Software. In August 2021, they obtained a D&I Influencer Certificate from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
