Sil Bormüller is the founder of Into Design Systems Conference & Community, a virtual conference for the design system community and Design Systems Hackathon, a non-profit event for collaboration and innovation. Sil also founded Into Design Systems Talents & Jobs to connect design system talent with opportunities. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Sil has worked as a Freelance Design Systems Lead / DesignOps for various companies such as Thomann Music, Ableton, PERI, Deutsche Bahn, Ray Sono, BSH Hausgeräte AG, and taz, die Tageszeitung.
