Reuben B is a seasoned Executive Management Professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. As the Co-Founder of A-Serv since February 2010, Reuben B focuses on building value-based businesses and providing strategic leadership through talent development. Additionally, Reuben B serves as Vice President at Intone, managing the captive Offshore Center for HRO, Strategy, Organizational Development, and Digital Transformation since November 2013. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Haggai International and Director of Human Resources at GSS Infotech, where Reuben B oversaw global HR operations in the US and India. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at IBM Kenexa.
