Dafina Dimitrova

Dafina Dimitrova is the Head of Well-Governed SAIs work stream and senior manager capacity development at INTOSAI DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (IDI). Previously, Dafina worked as a Senior Consultant Public Finance Management & Accountability at Ecorys, where Dafina led and worked on projects related to managing public finances. Dafina also has experience as a Trainee Economic Section at the Embassy of Bulgaria in Berlin and as an Intern in the Governance Unit at ZEI - Centre for European Integration Studies. Dafina holds a M.Sc. in Social Policy Design & Financing from Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and a M.A. in Political Science, Macroeconomics & International Law from The University of Bonn.
