inTouch is here for the sandwich generation — busy adults balancing demanding jobs, raising children, and caring for aging parents who are slowly losing their independence. We understand how overwhelming that can feel. You want to be present for your parent, but life pulls you in a thousand directions. The guilt, the worry, the longing to stay connected — we’ve been there.

That’s why we created inTouch: a simple, caring service that bridges the distance between you and your parent. We regularly call your aging parent — as often as they’d like — and have warm, thoughtful conversations about the things that matter most to them. After each call, you receive a gentle update, so you always know how they’re doing.

Your parent feels heard, valued, and connected. You feel peace of mind and relief from the pressure of always needing to do more.

There’s no app to download and no setup required for your parent — just friendly phone calls on their landline or mobile. And when you can’t reach out yourself, you can even leave a message in the inTouch app for us to read to your parent during the next call.

At inTouch, we’re not just tech experts. We’re parents, daughters, sons, and caregivers too. We know that small, thoughtful conversations can preserve memories, strengthen family bonds, and bring joy — both for older adults and their children.

We make staying connected effortless, human, and full of heart.
