James H. Bischoff III

James (Jay) H. Bischoff III has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James (Jay) H. has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in finance, business development, sales, and recruiting.

From 1995 to 2008, Bischoff worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, where they started as a Platinum Financial Advisor and later became a District Sales Manager. In 2009, they co-founded North Point Wealth Management, an independent financial advisory firm.

In 2011, Bischoff joined NuQuest Capital Matchpoint as the Director of Capital Acquisition, responsible for acquiring investors and capital for private placement. During their tenure, they exceeded sales quotas through effective marketing and sales efforts targeting business owners and C-Level Executives nationwide.

In 2015, Bischoff joined Clickagy as the VP of Strategic Partnerships, where they played a vital role in developing relationships, driving client satisfaction, and managing strategic partnerships. The company specialized in business intelligence and cutting-edge digital marketing solutions.

From 2016 to 2018, Bischoff worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Lucas Group, utilizing their expertise in talent acquisition and executive search.

Most recently, they joined InTouch Financial Group in 2018 as the Vice President of New Business Development. In this role, Bischoff is responsible for developing new channels of business production and recruiting and developing other businesses and agencies for the organization.
