Bethany Eckstrom has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Bethany currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Intouch Insight, a position they started in December 2021. Previously, they held various positions at SeeLevel HX from 2018 to 2021, including Senior Project Director, Project and Operations Manager, and Operations Lead. Prior to that, Bethany worked at Brazos County, where they served as a Public Information Officer/Assistant to County Judge from 2011 to 2019 and as an Area Supervisor/Deputy District Clerk from 2005 to 2011. Bethany also has experience as a Chiropractic Assistant at Lewis Chiropractic from 2003 to 2005.

From 2007 to 2012, they studied at Blinn College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business.

In 2003, they completed a Certificate program in Medical Office Assistant/Specialist at Penn Foster.

Later, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
