Helen Harrison is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the Mystery Shopping and Consulting industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Intouch Insight since December 2016, Helen focuses on retaining, enriching, and expanding client services. Previously, as Director of Operations at RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting from November 2010 to December 2016, responsibilities included managing daily operations, building client relationships, and leading a dedicated team. Helen also held the position of Senior Project Manager during tenure at RetailTrack, delivering insights on customer experience across various industries. Helen holds a BA in Politics (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, obtained from 1990 to 1993.
