Tracy Rizk

Tracy Rizk is an accomplished HR professional currently overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and training for intouch mena since March 2023. With prior experience at Byblos Bank Group, Tracy held positions including Customer Relationship Officer and Human Resources Trainee from March 2016 to March 2023. Tracy also gained early experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Nesma United Industries in August 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Strategy from Notre Dame University - Louaize, achieved in December 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completed in January 2016, along with a High School Diploma from the International School Group in Saudi Arabia.
