Tracy also gained early experience as a Human Resources Trainee at Nesma United Industries in August 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Strategy from Notre Dame University - Louaize, achieved in December 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completed in January 2016, along with a High School Diploma from the International School Group in Saudi Arabia.
