Julian Chaparro

Julian Chaparro has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent role was as VP HR Admin-Services-Data-Projects / VP HR North America at Groupe SEB, where they have been working since 2013. Prior to that, they served as the VP HR North & Central America at the same company. From 2009 to 2012, Julian was the Manager HR Colombia at Owens Illinois Colombia, and from 2007 to 2009, they held the same role at Apex Tool Group, LLC. Julian Chaparro has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, which they received in 2001. In 2003, they attended Universidad de San Buenaventura for Labor Studies. In 2017 and 2018, they completed an Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad de Los Andes. In 2022, they attended HEC Paris for the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in 2000, they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, but did not receive a degree in that field.
