Wendy's expertise includes developing marketing strategies, managing sales processes, and training sales teams across multiple companies, including Ryland Homes, Treaty Oak Homes, Discovery Land Company, Linfield Design Associates, and Centex Destination Properties. Wendy possesses a strong educational background with an Associate of Arts in Merchandising from FIDM and a degree in Liberal Arts from California State University.
