Dan Skoubye

Dan Skoubye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training and leadership development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Sales Training & Leadership Development at Intra-Cellular Therapies since October 2019, Dan has previously held significant roles, including Area Sales Director for North Central and Senior Director of Sales Training. Prior positions include Director of Sales & Leadership Training and Associate Director of Sales & Leadership Training at LEO Pharma A/S from August 2014 to October 2019. Dan began a successful career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, working from December 1999 to July 2014 in various capacities, such as Associate Director of Sales Operations & Effectiveness and District Sales Manager. Dan holds an MBA with an emphasis in Management from West Texas A&M University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
