Sandla Steinkopf is a seasoned professional in sales operations and management with extensive experience across notable companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Sales Operations at Intra-Cellular Therapies since August 2024, Sandla leads initiatives such as the PDMA drug sampling program and compliance optimization for CAPLYTA®. Prior to this role, Sandla worked as a Commercial Sales Operations Consultant at Vanigent, where responsibilities included deploying a service delivery model to enhance contract sales outsourcing.
