Desmond Williams, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and scheduling within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Program Scheduling Consultant at Intra Management Solutions, Inc., Desmond develops integrated master schedules for NASA's Space Launch System programs. Previously, as a Master Scheduler at Textron Systems, Desmond enhanced scheduling processes and ensured data integrity within ERP systems, alongside a role as a Production Control Analyst that focused on collaboration across departments to meet production goals. Desmond's background also includes project management and estimation at Excel Modular Scaffold and Leasing Corp., where project performance and budget alignment were key responsibilities. Desmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Southern University and A&M College.
