Lake Slacum has extensive work experience in marketing and sales. They started their career in 1993 as a Recreation Supervisor at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. From there, they held various positions in the golf industry, including Assistant General Manager at Port Royal Golf & Club and Director of Sales & Marketing at American Golf Corporation. In 2004, Slacum became the President and Owner of Coastal Marketing Solutions, Inc. They then joined Intracoastal Realty in 2008 as the Vice President of Marketing.
Lake Slacum attended East Carolina University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in LSS.
