Kostas Kouridakis

Kostas Kouridakis is an experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master at Intracom Telecom since 2002, leading various software development projects for Ericsson's MSC-S product using a PROFESSIONAL SCRUM with KANBAN framework. As a Patent Writer, Kostas has authored multiple telecommunications patents, covering topics such as location supervision and secured identification. Kostas also serves as a technical area expert in network deployment and security and has been a Master System Engineer, contributing to the Mobile Access and Gateway Application Module (MAGAM) as a member of the international Product Committee. Earlier roles included Systems Analyst in Ericsson Mobile Core Network, focusing on requirement analysis and team leadership. Kostas started a career in 2000 as a Software Maintenance Engineer, maintaining Ericsson AXE telephone exchanges. Kostas holds a degree from the Technological Education Institute of Piraeus.
