Jennifer East

Jennifer East has over 20 years of work experience. From 1997 to 2001, they worked at Accenture as a Human Performance Consultant. Jennifer then joined Intradiem in 2002, where they became the Director of Strategy. At Intradiem, they oversaw the development and implementation of contact center automation solutions to improve efficiency, agent engagement, and the customer experience.
