Matt Rumins has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success and management roles. Matt started their career as a Barclays Corporate Graduate at Barclays Corporate from 2003 to 2007. Matt then worked at Barclays as a Project Delivery Manager from 2007 to 2010. Matt then joined Salesforce.com as a Customer Success Manager from 2010 to 2011, where they managed accounts, educated clients on CRM programs, and developed programs to keep them updated on the latest releases and best practices. Matt later became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Salesforce.com from 2011 to 2013, where they continued their responsibilities and successfully improved utilization and value for clients. Matt's next role was as the International Head of CRM at Bio-Rad Laboratories from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Service Max systems globally, and also set up a global team and increased adoption and productivity. Matt then joined the consulting company Success Methods as a Consultant in 2018, where they provided training and consulting services to companies in customer success best practices. Matt's most recent roles were at Intradiem, where they started as a Customer Success Director from 2015 to 2017, then became the Director of Customer Success from 2017 to 2020, and finally held the positions of European Head of Customer Success and EMEA Head of Account and Success Management from 2020 to the present. At Intradiem, they focused on providing an intelligent assistant for customer service teams, unlocking the value of center data, and maximizing productivity, engagement, and the customer experience.

Matt Rumins attended Nottingham Trent University from 1998 to 2002, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.
