Zach Cornish

Zach Cornish currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Intrado, having joined the company in January 2023, where responsibilities include Corporate Development and M&A for Intrado Life & Safety, a Stonepeak portfolio company. Prior to this role, Zach worked at West Corporation from February 2019 to January 2023 as Director of Corporate Development and M&A, focusing on similar areas for an Apollo Global Management portfolio company. Zach's career began at PwC, where experience ranged from M&A financial due diligence to assurance services in asset management from August 2012 to February 2019, including an internship in 2011. Academically, Zach holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Zach undertook a notable personal endeavor by thru-hiking the 2,660-mile Pacific Crest Trail in 2016.
