Aanchal Sethi

Aanchal Sethi began their work experience in the financial industry at Citizens Bank in 2005, where they served as a Sr. Financial Advisor and Trainer. Aanchal worked closely with clients, including high net worth individuals, to address their investment and retirement needs. Aanchal then transitioned to Pragati Leadership Institute in 2010, where they worked as an Associate, consulting with clients to identify development needs and creating high-impact training solutions. In 2012, they joined Velocity Partners as a Corporate Trainer & Partner, implementing management and professional development initiatives for multinational organizations. At Edward Jones, Aanchal held multiple roles, including Sr. Leadership Development Strategist and Solutions Training - Retirement Specialist, where they provided training, coaching, and feedback to support the success of financial advisors. Currently, they are employed at IntraEdge as a Learning Specialist, where they develop revenue-driven content and directly impacts B2B revenue by analyzing needs and creating efficient timelines.

Aanchal Sethi obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Education, Mathematics, and Economics from MDU from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their B.A(Hons) in Mathematics from Miranda House, Delhi University between 1995 and 1998. Aanchal pursued their MBA at Baldwin Wallace University from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Series 66 in May 2015 and Series 7 in April 2015.
