Elia Negumbo

Elia Negumbo is a skilled professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning within the health sector. Currently serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at IntraHealth International since September 2023, Elia previously held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at Project HOPE from April 2021 to August 2023. Elia's experience includes leading monitoring and evaluation efforts at Tonata PLHIV Network Namibia and working as a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Assistant Researcher at the Ministry of Health and Social Services. Elia holds a Bachelor's Degree in HIV/AIDS Management from the International University of Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods from Stellenbosch University, and a Master of Evaluation from Universität des Saarlandes.
