Stephanie Wright

Stephanie Wright has extensive experience in customer service, particularly in export operations. Currently serving as an Export Customer Service representative at INTRAL Corporation since February 2020, Stephanie has developed a strong skill set in order entry and tracking, as well as managing inquiries from both sales and customers. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Advantage Solutions from September 2014 to February 2020, also in export customer service. Furthermore, from February 2008 to September 2014, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a bartender at TGI Fridays, where responsibilities included managing bar operations, training new employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stephanie holds an educational background from Heritage Institute-Ft Myers, having attended from 2009 to 2010.
