Kevin Gabinete has over 12 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Kevin began their career in 2008 as a Consular Assistant at the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer for Open Source, where they implemented user authentication using React/React Router, resolved asynchronous requests through Promise-based thunk middleware, and created a database in PostgreSQL. In 2017, they became a Software Engineer for React Scope, where they extracted React application state by creating custom listeners, transformed parsed data to JSON format, and stored React application state using doubly linked list. In 2018, they became a Software Engineer for Aspiration.com. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer for Thrive Market. Kevin is currently a Software Engineer for Intraloop.
