Ben Krupsaw

Ben Krupsaw is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Lead Platform Engineer and Project Manager at Intralox since July 2017, Ben co-leads a team of five engineers, optimizing operations for programs generating over 50% of the company's annual revenue. Ben has successfully delivered multiple large-scale programs, streamlined processes, secured funding for innovation, and enhanced project timelines through effective collaboration with stakeholders. Previously, Ben worked as an Equipment Application Engineer at Intralox and as an engineer in the Stanley Leadership Program at Stanley Black & Decker, where a range of product designs and optimizations were achieved. Ben co-founded BEMinnovations, LLC, and also has laboratory experience from FlexEl, LLC. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
