Ofir Michael

Ofir Michael has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1991, they began their career as an R&D Team Leader at IAI ELTA, leading a team of 12 people in designing embedded hardware and real-time software modules for a complex communication project. Ofir successfully worked on a large-scale military project valued at $80 million.

Moving on, in 1996, Ofir joined Radcom as a Product Line Manager, where they facilitated the technical needs of the product line and spearheaded the company's entry into the GPRS test equipment market. Ofir also developed comprehensive MRDs for new test equipment products.

In the year 2000, Ofir joined TTI as the Director of Product Marketing for the NETRAC OSS/BSS Product Suite. Ofir supervised the product marketing and management teams and defined product strategies, including MRD, PRD, and competitive differentiators.

In 2004, Ofir held simultaneous roles at two different companies. As the Director of Product Management at Radcom, they managed the IPTV product line, covering research and development, marketing, and sales. Ofir proved instrumental in enhancing the products' market presence. Moreover, they also established EnCure Networks where they served as the Founder and VP of Marketing.

In 2008, Ofir transitioned to Vidyo as a Senior Sales and System Engineer in the Unified Communications System domain. Ofir led technical sales activities, engaged strategic customers, and provided expertise in functional analysis, workflow, network, security design, and product deployment.

Most recently, Ofir joined otonomo in 2017 as a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, they worked closely with major automotive manufacturers and vehicle data consumers, analyzing data applications, designing pilots and POCs, and creating data solutions over AWS and Azure platforms.

Currently, Ofir is the VP of Products at IntraPosition, a position they assumed in 2019.

Ofir Michael began their education in 1986 at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Ofir successfully completed their studies in 1990. Additionally, in July 1992, Ofir obtained a certification for their BSc. EE. degree from the same institution.

Afterwards, Ofir pursued an MBA degree at Boston University from 1992 to 1995, focusing on the fields of Marketing and Finance.
