Folake Ibe

Folake Ibe has a strong background in cybersecurity and information security, with several roles in different companies.

From December 2022, Folake has been working as a Senior Cynersecurity Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.

Prior to this, from February 2019 to September 2022, Folake was a Lead Security Analyst at Fannie Mae. In this role, they categorized information systems, developed and updated system security plans, conducted Assessment and Authorization packages, and ensured compliance with security standards.

From February 2013 to September 2019, Folake served as a Senior Information Security Analyst at Fannie Mae. Folake'sresponsibilities included identifying and overseeing business activities with a focus on data and cyber risk, reporting on risk analysis and insights to leadership, and providing monthly control metrics reporting.

In July 2012, Folake briefly worked as an Enterprise Data Governance Analyst at Fannie Mae.

From July 2011 to July 2012, they were an Application Support Analyst at Fannie Mae, where they provided release management support and ensured SDLC compliant implementation of projects. Folake also collaborated with Change Management teams and coordinated implementation plans.

Folake Ibe's education history begins with an Associate's degree in Business Administration- Accounting Transfer, which was obtained from Prince George's Community College between the years 2006 to 2008. Following this, Folake pursued a Bachelor's degree with dual majors in Accounting and Operations Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.

Additionally, Folake has obtained two certifications. The first is the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which was awarded by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022. The second certification is the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, which was obtained from CompTIA in the same month and year.
