Customer Success and Support Lead at Intraprise Health

Samantha Major started their work experience in 2018 as a Recruiting Intern at MassMutual. In 2019, they joined Longbow Advantage as a Marketing Assistant and was responsible for generating content, managing inbound marketing, and improving online visibility. Samantha also worked as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they compiled data and developed reports for the commercial team's activities, managed the sales pipeline, and aligned sales and marketing processes. In 2021, Samantha joined Scrub Daddy, Inc. as a Key Account Manager, where they maintained customer relationships and streamlined team processes. Samantha later transitioned to Longbow as a Business Development role in 2021, where they created leads and a sales pipeline, built detailed marketing campaigns, and assisted account managers. Currently, Samantha is a Customer Success and Support Lead at Intraprise Health, starting in 2023.

Samantha Major attended The American University of Rome without obtaining a degree in English Language and Literature, General. Samantha then attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2015 but did not receive a degree. Finally, from 2016 to 2019 they attended Saint Joseph's University, where they obtained a degree in Marketing.
