Rachel Grant

Rachel Grant is an accomplished IT leader driven by her passion for learning and creating opportunities for others — both at work and in her community.

Born and raised in Texas, Rachel’s professional career began with a Biochemistry degree from Baylor University. Shortly after graduation, Rachel was presented with a unique opportunity to teach English and Science to children in Costa Rica for two years, allowing her to combine her biochemistry education with her passion for helping her community. Following her endeavors in Costa Rica, Rachel moved to the Dallas metro area and entered the IT industry as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at an Uber-backed startup for auto leasing.

Now serving as the Vice President of Product Innovation and Client Success at Intras Cloud Services (ICS), Rachel creates and optimizes the organizational processes necessary to deliver high quality IT support to ICS’s clientele. Rachel serves as the critical link between customer goals and ICS’s delivery team, ensuring that customers receive the support and technology solutions they need to crush their goals.

Rachel, along with her dog named Super Saiyan and her cat named Storm, still call the Dallas area ‘home.’ When she’s not translating between engineers and accountants, you can likely find Rachel off on a hike, dancing to Salsa music, or reading her favorite book.
