Elizabeth Batista

Elizabeth Batista is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and digital customer experience. Currently serving as the VP Global Alliance/AWS at Symphonica since October 2022, Elizabeth oversees initiatives to enhance revenue and service management for telecom clients. Prior roles include VP CX/Digital CX at TELUS International, where Elizabeth led innovations in digital customer experiences, and Vice President of Business Development & Partner Program at Globant. Elizabeth also held significant positions at Safran and Two Technologies, focusing on sales and business development. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Almeda and a BA in Finance from Villanova University.
