Dianne Southouse

Dianne Southouse is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and organisational development. Currently serving as the HR and Wellbeing Manager at Intrax Consulting Group since October 2021, Dianne has held various HR leadership roles across multiple organisations including HR Manager for the APAC region at Hansen Technologies, and as an interim People and Culture Business Partner at Tabcorp. Dianne's expertise encompasses high-level strategic HR consulting, organisational development, and initiatives aimed at fostering high performance and continuous improvement. Academic qualifications include a Chartered MCIPD from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Master of Applied Science from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce from Deakin University.
