Shahzeb Laeeq

Shahzeb Laeeq has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Shahzeb started their career in 2012 at Samsung Electronics as a Sr. Executive Operations from September 2012 to November 2015. Later, they worked at AskmeBazaar as a Sr. Executive from November 2016 to December 2017. Shahzeb then joined MakeMyTrip and held various roles, including Sr. Executive from January 2017 to March 2019 and Assistant Manager from April 2019 to October 2019. Currently, they are working at IntrCity since October 2019, initially as a Manager - Business Operations and currently as a Senior Manager Business Excellence. In their current role, Shahzeb is responsible for leading CRM operations for IntrCity SmartBus vertical and overseeing the Smart Data team. Shahzeb also handles social media escalations, OTA coordination, and management.

Shahzeb Laeeq completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from NIMS University, Jaipur in the year 2014. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued their BBA in Business Administration from Bharat Institute of Technology. Shahzeb'seducation journey began at Modern Era Public School, Bijnor, where they studied from 2000 to 2009.
