Shaik Mastan

Shaik Mastan has a diverse work experience starting with their current role at IntrCity as the State Head (Andhra Pradesh), where they manage the operations of the fleet of buses and focuses on providing a consistent and enriching travel experience. Previously, they worked at OYO as a Regional Project Manager, State Stock Head, and Area Supply Head, where they were responsible for managing teams, developing new properties, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring profitability. Before OYO, Shaik Mastan worked at Cleartrip.com as a Business Development Manager, where they were involved in property acquisition, market research, and supplier relations. Shaik also gained experience at Goibibo as a Business Development Officer and at Thomas Cook India Limited as a Trainee.

Shaik Mastan completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business at the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and computers from Andhra University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Shaik Mastan completed their Intermediate in Commerce from Surya College from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Shaik Mastan has obtained certifications in Transitioning from Manager to Leader from LinkedIn in November 2021, and NCC B Certificate from the Indian Army in November 2013.
