Jessica Kinchus, MBA, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale underground distribution cable programs at INTREN, LLC, since November 2014. With a track record of maintaining productivity and achieving budget targets, Jessica has successfully overseen contracts valued at up to 60 million dollars, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce labor costs. Prior roles at INTREN included Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing productivity deliverables, managing material processes, and securing construction permits. Before joining INTREN, Jessica served as a Compliance Analyst at Chase, focusing on process improvement and employee training to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Columbia College, along with an Associate of Science from Elgin Community College.
