Alex Asaro

Alex Asaro is a dedicated Mathematics Teacher at Intrepid College Prep since July 2021, with a diverse professional background that includes significant roles in various sectors. Prior experience encompasses working as a Master Service Contract Specialist at Philips from October 2018 to May 2021, managing and auditing contracts for the healthcare service sales division. Alex served as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year, contributing over 2,000 hours to improve student outcomes in a low-income K-8 charter school. Previous roles also include selling advertising as an Account Executive for ESPN Radio, covering sports events as a Sports Writer for DIG Magazine, and assisting daily operations as an Assistant Manager at Martin Wine Cellar. Alex directed sports programs at LSU Student Media - KLSU while earning a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Louisiana State University between 2011 and 2016.
