Claire Kane Whitcomb

Claire Kane Whitcomb is currently serving as the Dean of Exceptional Education at Intrepid College Prep. With a background in special education and teaching, Claire has been instrumental in managing the EE department, coaching new EE teachers, reviewing IEP's, providing direct instruction to students, and setting organizational and compliance standards. Claire Kane has also had experiences as a Co-Founder/Project Manager at Southern Strings, an Exceptional Education Teacher at East End Prep, a Copywriter at Sneakers+Kale, and an English Teacher at Nashville Classical Charter School. Claire holds a Master’s of Arts in Teaching in Special Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education.
