Jack Waters

Jack Waters has extensive experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as a Board Member at BUUK Infrastructure since March 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Intrepid Fiber Networks since December 2021. Waters held the position of Chairperson (Non-Executive) at Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC from March 2021 to May 2022 and was President of Zayo Networks and Chief Operating Officer at Zayo Group from August 2016 to October 2020. Additionally, Waters served as Chief Technology Officer and President of Fiber Solutions at Zayo Group and Chief Technology Officer at Level 3 Communications for nearly two decades. Early in the career, Waters held roles at MCI and SURAnet. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University.
